About KSA

KSA is a Canadian owned and operated card grading company. Its main office is located in Kitchener, Ontario since 1996 providing Canadians with quality service at reasonable prices.

KSA has grown each year since its inception in both personnel and number of cards encapsulated. KSA customers have come to trust their grading accuracy and consistency which matches any of its competitors.

KSA uses a 10-point certification process that includes checking centering, corners, cut, colour, borders, enamel, focus, picture quality, registration and micro imperfections. Cards are measured, checked under magnification and special lighting. You can feel confident when buying or selling your KSA card that it has been properly and professionally graded.

KSA sonically seals all its graded cards in a scratch resistant, optical quality, UV protected holder. These top of the line holders are visually appealing and very protective of all forms of card stock sealed inside them.

Hockey is a specialty at KSA whether it's a 1910 C56 Cyclone Taylor or a 2001 Ilya Kovalchuk rookie card. We will grade all your cards no matter what the sport. If it's non-sports cards you collect we do those too! KSA has services tailored to your needs. We have numerous levels of service, which include speedy service rate for those items you need graded in a hurry and quantity discounts for large number of cards as well as our regular and commons' service. KSA in keeping with today's changing style of cards and has a special memorabilia holder, which is able to fit the thickest jersey, patch or stick cards on the market today.

KSA is Canada's #1 grading company with clients in every province including Nunavut. We not only service Canada but we also have many US customers that show great confidence in KSA's ability to grade their sports cards. Recently KSA established itself in Finland, England and Japan with new customers in those countries. We are not just a Canadian card grading company !

To better serve collectors, a second KSA office in Eastern Canada was established in 2002.  The office is now located in New-Brunswick and offers fully bilingual service.  More recently, a third KSA office opened up in B.C. for all our customers in western Canada.

• KSA renders an opinion to the best of all current available criteria as to the authenticity of the sports item we certify or slab.

• KSA accepts no liability for inaccuracies, errors or counterfeit items beyond its control.

• KSA's liability for any reason whatsoever is limited to the total fees paid to KSA for certification.

• KSA accepts no liability for any misrepresentations made by you or your company to anyone associated with KSA.

• KSA will not grade cards it feels exhibit trimming, recolouring, restoration, or any other form of tampering or are of questionable authenticity.

• No refunds or returns whatsoever on certification services even if cards have been declared trimmed, tampered with and so on.

• Breaking open a KSA holder voids certification of that card and KSA will have no liability to the customer for any damage to the card.

• En aucun cas un remboursement des frais sera accordé ou un retour accepté pour toute carte jugée fausse et/ou non-authentique.

• L’ouverture du protecteur KSA rend la certification nulle et, en aucun cas, KSA sera rendu responsable des dommages causés à la carte.
