Mailing Instructions

Complete a submittal form listing all the cards you are submitting for grading.
Place your cards in top loaders or flexible plastic holders. Make sure the holder will protect your cards but allow us to remove the card safely. Do not send thick / heavy screw-down holders; they cost you more to ship! Your card holders are not returned.
Wrap your cards in bubble wrap or some other packaging materials to protect the cards. Place the cards in a small box or a bubble envelope.
Package your cards carefully to prevent shifting during transit. We are not liable for any damage caused by improper packaging.
Enclose your completed submission form with payment to cover:
- Card grading
- 5% GST
- Return shipping charges
Seal the outside of the box completely.
Turnaround time is 2 weeks unless you have paid for a faster service.
Payment must accompany your order. Please make your money order or cheque payable to KSA. We also accept Visa, Mastercard, and Paypal.
